If I don't buy in an auction, I buy from secondary *by looking at yield-to-worst.* Lately, when the trade settles and I see my new statement, the estimated yield is nowhere near the yield...

Absolutely, yes.
To put things in context, I also can’t get over the fact that seeds fall into the soil, get rained on, and stuff just grows out of the ground. Magic.

I’ll have to look for that! I’m very interested in surnames. The Normans gave us a lot of high culture words (and wiped out a lot of English in the process).
By ‘switch sides’ you mean graduate from a serf to a nobleman?

Re: New interview with Craig Rowland
I still can’t get over the idea that one can generate wealth- ok, can generate income , from interest and dividends. Of course I understand the concept. You’re renting out your money, like a landlord rents out living space. But…I didn’t sweat for it. And I didn’t invent anything. I’m not complaining...

Well M, I took [flak] from the wife, but made plans to go out with friends soon.
Enjoyed food from a bakery (although that’s where the [flak] occurred), played with the cat, read a lot.

Seizure/confiscation.
Some forms of damage are covered.
And I suppose mishandling by the bank, if they own up to it.

P.S. I probably mentioned it before: I feel antsy when I read in the policy that they don't cover 'mysterious disappearance.'
However, I understand that they have to do this: what if one spouse empties a box without the other's knowledge?
