I'm casting my vote for stocks as the most overvalued.

I'll also say that LTT's are the most undervalued.

But I'm sticking with the plan.

I agree that stocks are the most over-valued, but I would say gold is probably the most undervalued. But not enough to bet on it outside of the permanent portfolio. I run sub 5 percent variable portfolio, and after the beating that the gold miners have taken, I am thinking about finally getting in.
