Is there a stock for food trucks?

I think food trucks are the future, both for groceries (e.g. seafood) and for the fast meals you already see being sold out of them.

I don't know... maybe invest in automobile repair corporations like Monroe? Or start your own company. I think some of the people who got into vanlife and learned how to kit out the inside of them might be able to transition into food trucks, precariat shoppes, etc.

Meh. Maybe in densely populated cities, but not in the burbs, and definitely not rural.
What, you guys don't have Schwann's out in Chicagoland? I work in an office in a suburb and it seems like the whole office talks about food trucks a lot. One of the other suburbs/towns that has a lot of street festivals (or at least, it used to) always had food trucks there. They're quite good. Not really a city-only thing.

That's some Michael Burry thinking ahead. I like it.

Could be, pug. But it could still become a trend.

Never heard of it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not here. There are food trucks in general, just not that many.
You might have seen them but not known what they were. They're in the "groceries" bucket of food trucks, they're not restaurants on wheels.

Yeah. I don't see it either. I avoid restaurant food trucks. They seem to always be overpriced.

I totally get it. In the small (rural) town nearest me, there are two, and both seem to be doing well. I think the key, going forward in an uncertain economy being tenuously propped up with trillions in government hand-outs, is to be able to deliver high-demand goods and services with no debt and a bare minimum of overhead.
