Here's one way to make it much more profitable to be honest.

I suggest a registry where people of good faith can affirm their willingness to submit any disputes to arbitration, so long as the other party in the dispute has also signed that declaration. There's a very simple document for that purpose here: www.generalarbitration.com.

I've been planning to set up a site for people to sign it publicly. If I get a reasonable level of interest here, I'll do it.
