So I went there. Spent 30 seconds (1/2 minute) looking and looking at the page that came up and saw no place to take the test. What did I not see?

I don't know if I necessarily agree that it was a better test. It's questions worded in such a way as to try to evoke libertarian type answers I felt. The website is called the advocates after all...so they aren't hiding they have a position

I do find it funny though that two tests now have pretty much placed me center of the aisle with libertarian leanings and you'd think by the reception my ideas get around here I'd be like some Marxist south american guerilla freedom fighter.

Ditto. But I spent 30.000001 seconds. I’m not as sharp as you guys.

These results are lot different than the other test. My conclusion, both tests are severely flawed. Or, I’m a schizophrenic! Just call me Dr Jeckel, or Mr Hyde if you prefer. :P

I am FAR from a Progressive! I cannot stand Bernie!!! Specifically because of all the policies he advocates as Mr. Free. I may have voted for Trump ahead of Bernie!

Trump is a progressive. He is probably left of Clinton if you go back to Clinton's State of the Union speeches.

That's why I could barely pull the lever for him. The best thing he had going for him was his opponents.

Then you haven't paid attention for nearly 5 years Doodle. He's for Obamacare, Social Security, Medicare, huge deficit spending, legal immigration "stimulus", gay marriage I think, and 90% of the crap that so-called "progressives" (really regressives) are for.

I almost didn't vote for him in 2016 because he's such a liberal Democrat at heart, but he was easily the lesser of two evils. At least he isn't like most progressives today who support zero national borders, endless wars all over the globe and zero freedom for the individual (except when it comes to drugs and abortion), but these are new positions for so-called "progressives".

Go back and listen to Bill Clinton's state of the union addersses. He called for border walls to keep out "illegal aliens". He was to the right on Trump on most things I'm sure.

I think the only reason why I didn't score pure libertarian on this quiz is because I said that illegal immigration laws should actually be enforced.

Yeah that's a tough one for me Tortoise. I see it as a victimless crime, that is to say, it's not a real crime. From my perspective, the problem with illegals is when they commit real crimes and are released for them because they're illegal. Everything else like, them getting welfare or some other leeching activity is yet another function of the government.

If they are working and paying for what they have (shelter, food, medical, etc.) and not imposing on others, I prefer that to having a government agency scooping them up.

I'm also on the fence about the wall lol. I would love a wall to keep them out but countries that build walls can also use them to keep the people in. :o

All I've ever said is the man eats nothing but McDonalds 4x a day and drinks regeneron and crushes libs and the coronavirus.

I don't like his policies generally and have said that multiple times. He's way too far to the left. I do like him personally and I like that he is a peace maker.

Your Champion Biden if he takes power will show you how it's wielded. When Barrak Hussein left office huge swaths of the planet were on fire and sabre-rattling. Trump the peace maker took care of that. I sure hope we're not headed back to the progressive wars.

@SomeDude, I basically view the enforcement of illegal immigration laws as part of protecting the nation’s borders, which is one of the few legitimate functions of the small federal government originally outlined in the U.S. Constitution.
