I'm fairly new to implementing the Permanent Portfolio and thought I'd get some feedback for my stock allocation.
Schwab Brokerage
SCHB - 15%
Traditional 401(k)
Russell 2000 Small Cap Index (Expense Ratio 0.02%) - 3%
Prospectus - https://www.schwabplan.com/FundDetail/EBDLN1.pdf
Russell 3000 Broad Market Index (Expense Ratio 0.02%) - 7%

I'm not sure about dividends for the funds in the traditional 401(k), but if there are any, I assume they are reinvested in the same funds. Now that I am giving it a second look, does the Russell 3000 cover the entire market or large caps? I'm trying to match the 70/30 large/small blend recommended in the book.
Other stock funds I have are listed here - http://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/inv ... ceETFs.asp
