Admittedly it's not going to offer a lot of consolation for what's happened thus far with LTT's but if you look at the PP or GB as a whole I don't see any reason to be particularly pessimistic.

It was also very interesting to me to look closely at the last table in the article which shows that the vaunted inflationary protection of stocks has occurred mostly when inflation is quite mild. When it rages, you want not just stocks but a big slice of gold - and folks here have that!
