As long as you log the numismatic value as a zero on your spreadsheet, it sounds like a fun holding.
I have a few items on my spreadsheet that have a zero multiplier on them. Some of them may get a positive number some day.
Don't count on it. But you never know.

Re: Slabbed Gold Coins / Numismatics
I have a few such coins. They are very pretty.tomfoolery wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2020 11:35 pm What are people's thoughts on slabbed graded coins? Perhaps pre 1933 gold with limited but existent numismatic value? And logging it to your portfolio as spot value and either ignoring the numismatic value entirely from your portfolio or adding it to the VP portion.
I log them at spot value.

Re: Slabbed Gold Coins / Numismatics
I have some numismatics that I received from my parents.
Definitely VP territory.
My pp gold is standard bullion, as Harry prescribed.
