Clinton told former communications director Jennifer Palmieri that Democrats “have to have a massive legal operation” on Election Day “and I know the Biden campaign is working on that.”
If an election results lawsuit isn't resolved by January 20 (e.g., if the lawsuit is designed to drag out beyond that date), Trump may automatically have to step down -- at least temporarily -- and an interim president would have to take over during that time.

Not sure how the interim president would be selected if all of the election results are tied up in a legal dispute.

She ain't running.

Trump is.

Trump is saying things like:

"The only way they can take this election away from us is if this is a rigged election," he said. "We're going to win."

One of the Left's favorite tactics is to accuse the Right of the Left's own agenda. Like calling them facists when they are in fact the facists.
That absolutely kills me. To accuse Trump of being an authoritarian and then 2 mins later say you will order a complete shutdown of the country if the doctors advise it.

Yep, or the "Russian collusion" hoax.
The TOC shows 200+ pages about the Manafort, Russia, Wikileaks, Trump connection.

From Republican controlled Senate.

You can take #2 to the bank.
#1 is much less likely to turn out that way.
