Platinum

Platinum appears to have risen some 10% today.
So much for my plan to buy some platinum while it’s “low” until gold comes down a bit.

Were you planning on buying a platinum fund or the physical metal?

Physical. I have one and was going to spring for a tube of ten.
More efficient to just stick with gold, of course.

I recently made a purchase of a few shares of the Sprott physical platinum and palladium fund (SPPP) to complement my gold holdings. O0

You ARE a precious metal acolyte!

I always think of the movie Iron Man 2 whenever the subject of palladium comes up.

I'm embarrassed to admit it, but when I first saw the movie in 2009, I didn't know palladium was a real element. I thought it was just something made up in the Marvel universe.
