If you think class action ambulance chasing lawsuits are bad now clogging up all the courts, imagine how worse it would be under your scheme!  No, thanks.  I like anti-trust law so I can worry about other things that being raped by a robber baron monopoly trust.

I'm afraid you've totally lost me now. Corporations are very good at suing people who they claim are interfering with their god-given right to do whatever they want (SLAPP suits), and corporate officers are generally considered immune from suits stemming from their actions as officers. So I don't know how that would be worse if officers of a company could be personally sued instead.
