No, I posted an article about Tossing Michelle's Salad or something salacious like that and it pointed out it was having a positive behavioral influence. Of course most kids are currently going to throw fresh healthy food out in a fit of ingroup masochism. It will take time to change attitudes as leaders shine by example. Change from addictive junk food is hard.Simonjester wrote: i haven't heard of any positive effect yet, so far everything i have seen reported has to do with kids not eating them, photos of them being posted on line becoming memes for the new definition of gross out, and that some schools are now able to provide pigs with feed from the waste generated (maybe that's the positive effect?) or maybe you meant to mark your post [sarc] since you are a health food expert and Mrs Obama's lunches still represent a pretty outdated understanding of nutrition

replacing high carb high caloric (high salt, sweet, fat ) food with a bit of (low calorie small serving) tasteless cardboard mush, a bit of green and a piece of fruit will never be a easy sell.. it goes against human nature and evolution, if i had to bet i bet it won't succeed..
