Rubio's financial problems are common among the financially illiterate lower middle class. That's really who people want for president? A guy with a poor outlook? Or a guy who's lifted others out of poverty by giving them jobs?

Stop making sense! That is politically incorrect!

Its not looking good for Trump in the prediction markets. He's down to around 20% and Rubio is now up to around 50%! How stupid are Republicans that they would elect their own version of Obama? Gawd damn!
It's going to take a Black Swan at this point to knock Rubio off.
The Evil Witch is still 60% to win the election.

This thread was started on November 1st of last year and died five days later. Isn't that interesting? It mirrors how the interest in Rubio himself has similarly vanished. Considering how Rubio is little more than an empty suit puppet of the Neocon GOP establishment, I think there may yet be hope for the USA!

I'm not sure that Rubio the candidate isn't just a robot programmed to reframe any question so that portions of his stump speech will be the appropriate answer.

You too? "Robot" is what my wife and I have settled on as well. We call him the "Conservatron 3000." Here's how we envision his thought processes:
Code: Select all
*bleep bleep*
response.init ()
response.add (accessFile ("Soundbites"))
response.crossReference (random (accessFile ("Reagan references")))
response.merge (accessFile ("Obama is bad")
response.spin ()
response.polish ()
response.deliver ()
face.smile ()

When Rubio smiles, he looks like he's about 12, and when he's serious he comes across like a robot.
I'm sure it's an issue that his campaign is aware of.
I would advise him to smile more, and just take his chances with that approach.
Like Fiorina did when she was on the big stage, Rubio also seems to do that thing where he seems to be preaching more than discussing issues when he speaks.
