The whole presentation was great, especially the PP part. Did you notice though that he made a big mistake and said 25% of the PP should be allocated to property/real estate?!? No idea where that came from.

Reminds me more of Marc Fabers portfolio....
<snip>
Earlier, we saw that he advised investors to allocate their portfolios with equal percentages in various asset classes like the equity market, the bond market (BND), real estate, and precious metals (GLD) (RING).

About 12% in. A huge mistake!

Perhaps he's conflating with PRPFX, which Harry also designed before streamlining things with a 4 x 25% approach. Per The Permanent Portfolio Group of Funds site, current mix of PRPFX follows--
looks like PRPFX is replacing the HBPP'S LTT portion with Francs, and real estate & natural resources stocks.
20% Gold
5% Silver
10% Swiss Franc assets
15% Real estate and natural resources stocks
15% Aggressive growth stocks
35% Dollar assets
Per Google Finance, PRPFX is up 12.51% YTD. Not too shabby.
