anyone looked into tax lien investing? any good places for guidance from people not trying to sell something?

what i've found so far...a big ten college town where average liens are bid down to 3%...and two counties in indiana where many of the properties in the town have been demolished.

not very encouraging so far...

The best way to make money with tax lien investing is to write a best-selling fiction book about how much money you can make with it, and get the publisher to classify it as non-fiction. Then go on speaking tours and write followup books where you to continue to spread bullshit that no one can use.
