Does anyone use BIL ETF vs. SHY or SHV? I'm curious why this fund gets little mention as it seems to fulfill PP philosophy better than longer duration SHY and SHV.

I use SHV for my cash component in a small "flat-fee" account I have with FolioFn. It is very similar to BIL.
