I need to BUY something more expensive and as I am 100% PP I need your help:
Shall I use the CASH 25% PORTION, it would be reduced to half
or
shall I close a portion in all 4 assets?

Don't overthink it.
Use the cash and rebalance if/as needed and convenient.
If the cash were not sufficient then you rebalance first as if the withdrawal had happened then withdraw.

I think I will use half of the CASH portion and save during the rest of the year to get near 25% again

I think, like AgAu said, use CASH and rebalance if necessary. Don't sell your other assets unless cash gets down to 15%.
I'll be doing the same thing. I have a project that may cause me to dip into my pp's cash. It's ok.
