They look like active management and probably high fees involved (one disclosure said %1.75 of assets under management annually [ouch!]).
I suspect they are also market timing as well. Prognosis of future market beating results is probably not very good given the history of actively managed portfolios and their very high fees. I'd recommend you stay away.
