Managing Direct Investing in Long Term Bonds

Hello Dear Friends of HBPP from the other Side of the Atlantic,
how do you manage the long term Bonds, if you invest directly in Bonds (no ETF)
In Germany the "Finanzagentur" startet every second year (2012, 2014,.....) a new 30 years Bond.
In a few years this Bond will be not a long term Bond anymore as descriped by Harry Browne.
How do you handel this, do you roll over all Bonds with a remaining time, for example 20 Years, in new 30 year bonds?
Or is this splitting Hairs to you.
Many greetings from Germany to this amazing Forum.
Jörg
