That's the question that needs to be answered. And my guess is it will be answered in a court room. But FWIW Federal prosecutors don't usually file charges against high profile defendants unless they are extremely confident of their case. They don't like egg on their face anymore than the next guy, especially if it is reported in the national news.dualstow wrote: The question is, is this Craig's prediction coming true, that the gov't is going after bitcoin to crush it?
