Isn't too bad if you think of it as 10 meals for $10.  ;)

Gosh, why not just put an entire animal between two slices of bread.

I did have some sweet grass-fed beef filled tortillas that I made at home yesterday. If only I could get the wife to hold off on the nail polish remover before I finish eating.

"You know, the bun is the most unhealthy part of that burger."

Actually I like it, if for no other reason than it will give PETA a stroke.

Maybe this is out of date but when I was in college, two of my buddies worked at Arby's. They looked at me intently as one of them said, "Don't eat at Arby's. We've seen the kitchen." So I don't eat at Arby's.

You wouldn't eat at almost ANY restaurant if you saw what went on in the kitchen.
FWIW, my employer sells plastics that are used in commercial kitchens.  If I ask any of my colleagues who have had occasion to check out a restaurant kitchen what it's like, all, without fail, offer some version of "you don't want to know".
I was invited on the spur of the moment to take a kitchen tour of my favorite Mexican restaurant in the whole US,  Jacalitos in Lamont, CA (suburb of Bakersfield) - outstanding food and service - go if you are ever in the area and tell Frank, the owner, I said hello.  I could not believe it.  Absolutely spotless.  Cleaner than our home and my wife is a clean freak.  We were at our local Mexican restaurant in Delaware last week, Mexican Table - we were chatting with the assistant manager, Lydia, who invited us to see the kitchen anytime we wanted.  I think that speaks bucket loads for an establishment if they will invite you to see the kitchen without any advance notice.

Moral of the story - restaurants are not all bad.  And, two data points certainly are enough data to promote a complete theory that applies to all things in all places - shall we revisit the global warming thread now?  ;) Obviously, just kidding - sort of.

Hey, are you quoting me??

Oh, and this is obviously an intelligently designed sandwich, not a paleo sandwich.  :)
I think it was a marvelous creation.

Designed, yes. I'm not sure about the rest.  ;)

I wish I could take credit for it. I think an Atlantic writer coined it.
