Bid-Ask Spead PowerShares out of Whack??!

I wanted to sell some shares today...
These are the current spreads. (from yahoo fiance.)
SSO - B:118.34 A:121.25 = $2,91 spread
UBT - B:68.20 A:71.29 = $3,09 spread
UGL - B:45.30 A:46.35 = $1,05 spread
When I originally bought these the spread was only 4 cents or something.
Anyone has an idea what the hell is going on? Is this just a weird day or...?
