Not that we have any back-testing to use, but what kind of added volatility would 100-year treasuries offer?

Further thoughts... is the volatility on longer-term bonds diminishing after a certain point? I'd have to think so.
Would HB want 25% in 100 year bonds in the portfolio? Do we?
What kind of rates do you folks predict if 100 yr. bonds were to be made available.

I like the idea of 100 year bonds. And in 50 years, issue 200 year bonds. And in 150 years, issue 300 year bonds. Wash, rinse, repeat.
