Smart move from Saudi Arabia. Gives frackers something else to worry about apart from the earthquakes:

Of course, lenders might be a getting bit nervous:
$200 bn in debt looms over American oil and gas
Hurt frackers, and mess with Iran and Russia. Seems to work well for them.
