If you have some throw away money that you want to roll the dice with, go for it.

North Korea is a seriously corrupt country. If they decide that you lose, then, you lose.

The guy is so rich it's all just shits and giggle money to him. That being said, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some DRNK stamps and gold coins either.
