No one cares what Kasich wants. He can't break the 3-5% range in the polls.

Kasich too, apparently. The little matter of the First Amendment doesn't seem to bother these guys much. Just as a couple of other amendments don't seem to bother Democrats - I know the one you're thinking but the "unreasonable search and seizure"/"due process" amendment seems to have been trashed as well.
I really wish these candidates would consider the logic of such positions and try to envision where they think they might lead, before embarrassing themselves in public.

You are making the common mistake of thinking that most people use logic. They don't.

Never believed for a minute that "most" people don't use logic. But a presidential candidate who makes logic errors you can drive a truck through is, to me, automatically disqualified.
