Here is an excellent link to a live google spreadsheet displaying the current spot price of silver and gold compared to GTU, CEF, PHYS, etc. versus their net asset value.

I know a few astute investors whom arbitraged the discount by going long CEF and shorting GLD and SLV accordingly.
