UN report- Foreign fighters up 70% in last year

Foreign fighters are flocking to Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya, and the numbers have exploded in the past year. 

Maybe it's better that these people are over there, vs the West? 

I think the key is we need to make sure there is no re-admittance for these jihadists.
