Dear Neighbor,

As you may know, the passing of Assembly Bill 60 made it possible for undocumented individuals to apply for a driver's license as of January 1, 2015. Please join me on Wednesday, April 15th for a public workshop to learn what approved documentation will be accepted and how to prepare for your DMV visit.

Wednesday, April 15, 2015

Refreshments and children's activities will be provided.
(Habrá refrescos y actividades para niños.)

RSVP

Presented in partnership with Latino Social Work Network, DMV, City Council Member Allen Warren, SEIU 1000, Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services, Sacramento All Congregations Together, and the Mexican Consulate in Sacramento.

Sincerely,

Signature

California is nuts!!  i am not even sure how i should feel about this...
Well, California is the land of fruits and nuts.  ;)

I'd say if you are a white Anglo-Saxon maie who likes to think for himself - your days are numbered.

For everyone else, your days are numbered too ... you just don't realize it yet.

Said only partially in jest.  :o

Its not nuts.  Wouldn't you prefer to have trained, educated drivers instead of clueless illegal-alien-undocumented immigrants driving?!!  Cars and trucks are death machines.

It's not like we can deport them.  It's not the humane thing to do.

I don't think this will matter too much longer; once they open the water taps and only air comes out, California will go into the dustbin of history, which it richly deserves.

That will be in a year or two at present rates of "progress".

Are you aware California supplies at least a majority to super-super-majority of America's fruits and vegetables?  I'd be careful about what you wish for if you don't want to pay higher food prices (aka inflation).

Its crony capitalism, as usual.  I'm convinced ALL government incompetence is due to crony capitalism.  Otherwise it WOULD act fair and impartially which it does do at times, such as the very beginning.

So then all we need to do is remove the evil capitalists/capitalism [no capitalism, no crony capitalists] and gov't would work perfectly?  So just put gov't in control of everything?

Yes, I did know that, and I'm not wishing for a collapse in their agricultural output; I'm just expecting it due to total corruption and incompetence.
