I like the idea of the Iraqis, Saudis, et al fighting their own battles, but I don't see how they can ever beat the crazed confidence of ISIS fighters who draw their courage from a belief in Armageddon. Saudi pilots can do their bombing runs, but the Iraqis on the ground are understandably terrified. Obama admitting that the strategy is incomplete? Well that's just ISIS on the cake.
