Canada says it's the first country with a law that eliminates one regulation for every new measure that's adopted. The One-for-One Rule is designed to ease the burden on businesses.

Ditto!  With global warming, Vancouver is looking better and better every day.

It's a pretty great place but I couldn't deal with the eight or nine months of rain every year. When the sun comes out it is just glorious but it can be gray and drizzly for ages.
