If you look at that chart, Medicare spending per person is pretty flat since 2009. Anyone want to venture a guess as to the cause? I'm not claiming any policy changes necessarily were, but just curious, as I wouldn't have expected to see that.

I'd say it is due to better fraud enforcement, lower payments to physicians and Obamacare restrictions. Medicare is a pay claims first, ask questions later type system.
