fall finally reaches long island

once again fall colors are late here but we managed to track down some pretty scenes  with some potential to be played with .

we went out to oakland lake early this morning . it is a small lake in bayside queens

kissina park and crocheron park also looked pretty good . we stopped at those parks today too.

I used to live right across from Kissena Park!

they have steadily been rebuilding the park . they did a really nice job . oakland lake was also rebuilt for millions of dollars , it looks nice .
