Diversity Certification?

This doesn't make the cut for The Left is Eating Itself thread, but I got this in an email from UPS.
Is this a new thing, diversity certification? I get the feeling that having all non-whites of any permutation would pass for "diversity", even if it's all black, all Asians, etc. All whites, no. Am I a racist? Is this certification racist?
