Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
And, conveniently waiting in the wings, is . . . . common core math.
Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
OMG is that really true?????
Can it be confirmed on other machines?
What proportion of the vote went through Dominion machines?
Time is running short. Why wasn't this experiment done weeks ago? They'd better hurry it up, the "safe harbor" date is tomorrow.

Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
Biden almost certainly got less votes than Obama, probably under 60M. Trump is so ridiculously popular with Republicans he probably got 80M
Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
I'm sure they didnt have access to the machines. Most likely explanation. Plus they are chasing down thousands of avenues a fraud and evidence. Not to mention you must assume the enemy agents are sending them tons of false leads.

SomeDude, I think your baby is not letting you get enough sleep.

Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
What is your objective, numerical source for this? Absent anything else we can only go by the actual vote.
Do you believe there were votes also stolen in 2016 so that if correctly reported Trump would have won the popular vote in 2016?
I agree that going by rallies Trump was wildly popular among those at his rallies.
Is it not possible to believe that the enthusiasm level for the average Trump voter was far higher than that of the average Biden voter? But that Biden got more votes just because he was not Trump? That anyone being the Democratic candidate, therefore, would have got those "not Trump" votes? Those were definitely NOT enthusiastic Biden voters. But still voters who voted for Biden rather than Trump.

Per the graph below (taken from this article), Trump's average approval rating among Republicans has been 87%, quite high by historical standards. On that graph, only Eisenhower had a higher average approval rating of 88%.

Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
Yes. That addresses his standing among Republicans but how does it support the entire assertion?Tortoise wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 5:04 pmPer the graph below (taken from this article), Trump's average approval rating among Republicans has been 87%, quite high by historical standards. Gallup Poll: More Americans Identify as Democrats in 11-Point Advantage Over Republican Voters
https://www.gyroscopicinvesting.com/for ... 5&p=215331
Half of U.S. adults identify as Democrats (32 percent) or as independents with Democratic leanings (18 percent). 39 percent identify as Republicans. 13 percent identify as Republican leaners.
Though a total of 52% either identify as Republicans or are Republican leaners only 39% ARE Republicans.
This was a July 16, 2020 article. It is quite likely that by the time of the election nearly four months later many of those Republican leaners turned into "not Trump" voters.

The phrase you enlarged and emphasized in the post I replied to was "ridiculously popular", which was part of the phrase "ridiculously popular with Republicans". So in my reply, I provided data showing that Trump is indeed ridiculously popular with Republicans, even by historical standards.

They did a statewide hand recount and it matched the machine counts. Can you explain that fact?Libertarian666 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 5:11 am "Ware County, Georgia has broken the Dominion algorithm:
Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.
37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been “Switched” from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.
Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared.
ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone.
Dominion Tabulators could have been configured with different algorithms in different Counties or States.) The point is there is now hard evidence of electronic manipulation of the Election."

Re: Now we know why they didn't want the machines examined
Yeah, what is really impressive on that graph is that Obama had over double the support of the other side that Trump did. THAT level of dislike is impressive right there.
This is really the root of the issue with Trump, and really with populist politicians in general. Populists tend to draw a very loyal and very vocal base. But they just don't have the broad based appeal. This is the same reason why Bernie never really had a shot. Just appeasing Republicans is not enough, because Republicans themselves are not greater than half the population. Nobody is denying that Trump has a large and very vocal base of support. Biden in comparison, being a non-populist moderate doesn't have that kind of fanatic vocal base. BUT he appeals to a broader range of people. He is the boring moderate. BUT being the boring moderate was precisely his greatest selling point vs Trump.
Let's also be honest here, Trump's base in a way is a turn off to a lot of people. The whole white supremecist group thing, the loud obnoxious trucks driving all though town with the "Trump 2020 Fuck Your Feelings" flags streaming behind them, the very brash social media presence. I mean, it's just not a group that has real broad based appeal; it only appeals to a very specific sub-sect of the population. That image makes it very difficult for Trump to recruit moderates, minorities, young people, urbanites, and independents. It makes these people say "I don't want to be a part of that" more than it makes them say "I want to be a part of that".

I believe they actually did multiple hand recounts, latest one certified today if I recall correctly.doodle wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 7:04 pmThey did a statewide hand recount and it matched the machine counts. Yes, you are 100% correct interpreting that way. At this point, even though that was what I emphasized I cannot remember my thought if was the only part I wanted addressed or the whole sentence.Tortoise wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 5:59 pmThe phrase you enlarged and emphasized in the post I replied to was "ridiculously popular", which was part of the phrase "ridiculously popular with Republicans". But if we went to court, I think the judge would rule in your favor!
