Crypto...I don't get it.

Post by doodle »

Like the author, I continue to struggle to understand the attraction to crypto currencies. Even though they continue to climb higher and higher with no end in sight I have no desire to get involved...it's like a parallel universe to me that plays no part of my reality. Author presents a number of critical points regarding crypto that hold sway for me...anyone care to counter him?

It really is attractive to people who live, do business, and accumulate money in third world currencies. Especially if the place has capital controls or bogus exchange rates. If you were stuck with money in naira or kip, BTC would be very appealing.
