The minimum premium is fairly stable at about 3% but suddenly spiked to 7%. The maximum stayed the same at about 7%, which seems to be its average value.
Is this a regular end of year seasonal phenomena?
Is there a time of year when the premium is probably lowest?

Looks like a glitch in the plot to me. Note that on December 27, 28, and 29 on that plot, the min, max, and average curves converged into a single curve. There's no way that's real.Bongleur wrote: The minimum premium is fairly stable at about 3% but suddenly spiked to 7%. The maximum stayed the same at about 7%, which seems to be its average value.
