I agree with boglerdude (and I also got through 1 minute).

Clearly, there’s a trend based on Marxism, as that mumblemouth woman in the video began to say. Marxism, identity politics, and so-called antiracism, which is just revenge racism. I can’t recommend that Jascha Mounk book enough: The Identity Trap. Wokesters value identity and victimhood over merit & achievement.

But woke is, from the viewpoint of the wokesters, the awareness of (awakeness to) the notion that people of color are suffering and it’ll all the fault of white people, Jews (honorary whites in this case), white-adjacent east Asians, and other oppressors.

From the viewpoint of the nonwoke, it’s ignorant virtue signalling.

I would amend boglerdude's definition to refer to inequality of outcome, which it seems is primarily what they're focused on.
