The whole presentation was great, especially the PP part. Did you notice though that he made a big mistake and said 25% of the PP should be allocated to property/real estate?!? No idea where that came from.

interesting it doesn’t have the big 2022 drop yet from what i see

About 12% in. A huge mistake!
