I notice how the stock market took off at the time FDR confiscated gold. Is QE the modern equivalent? Is QE what caused the freefalling stock market in 2008-2009 to make the V-bottom?

i like this chart...interesting how well this miner did during deflation...i suspect input costs fell...as they were just digging money out of the ground.


what's the next Homestake? ::)
