Does strength in LTT correspond to strength in the US$ ?
How likely is a LTT spike higher while the US$ declines against other major currencies?
I'm asking this question in light of some thoughts about moving towards a 30/30/30/10 rather than the traditional HBPP 25/25/25/25.
Does strength in LTT automatically correspond to strength in the US$ ?

It depends on what you are comparing the dollar to.
It could be strengthening compared to the euro, but weakening compared to the yen.
It has obviously weakened a lot compared to gold in recent years, even as LT treasuries have been very strong.
