Potash/Mosaic

Post by AdamA »

Anyone see the beating these to two stocks (MOS and POT) took today?

Both around around 20%, supposedly b/c the Russian government broke up a monopoly, which is predicted to drop the price of potash.

Might be a good time to buy (?)

Any opinions?

I briefly noticed the headline "Potash hammered" this morning, probably because my family used to own POT shares. Used to. Whew.

I don't know much about it, but the whole thing seems like an over-reaction to me.
