All that said, I am serious that a declining libido has been a godsend for me. I go out to bars sometimes and watch with pity the desperate attempts many other men go through in order to bed a woman.

Made me think of this quote, I think from some Buddhism related book, can't find the source now:

Enjoy beautiful flowers without wanting to pluck them,
Enjoy beautiful women without wanting to ....

Ah, thanks Dualstow! I must have read it way back in Mandala magazine then. That story is kind of applicable to this thread :-)
