Is that a sell signal?
Human behavior is economic behavior. The particulars may vary, but competition for limited resources remains a constant.

AFAIK Cramer has been largely bullish on gold since 2007 and perhaps earlier.

He's not recomending it as a trade but a long-term hold as insurance. I've seen him many times advocate 20% in Gold which is 20% more than most people have. Makes him sound like a super Gold bug but I think it's just common sense, as pretty much all of us do here!

If Kramer came out and said buy Gold right now I'm sure it's going up in the next few months that would be a huge sell signal to me. :)
