43% of Democrats believe the president should have the right to ignore the courts. Only 35% of voters in President Obama’s party disagree.
EXACT WORDING "Should the president have the right to ignore federal court rulings if they are standing in the way of actions he feels are important for the country?"

It was good being the party of Robin Hood. Until they morphed into the Sheriff of Nottingham

If democrats make up 40% of this country (my guess). And, therefore, 43% of "democrats" represent 17.2% of the population, I'm not the least-bit surprised, as disappointing as that is.
On any topic, the position of the most extreme 17% of Americans on either side of any issue is going to be pretty pathetic.
EDIT: I don't necessarily disagree with extremes. I'm just saying that wrongness can get especially crazy when you go to political extremes.

"Men did not make the earth. It is the value of the improvements only, and not the earth itself, that is individual property. Every proprietor owes to the community a ground rent for the land which he holds."
