“I think Joe Biden made correct decision for him and his family,” Donald J. Trump, the leader in most polls for the Republican presidential nomination, said on Twitter. “Personally, I would rather run against Hillary because her record is so bad.”

Funny enough, I think he's right.  IMHO, Biden's flirtation and all the coverage weakens Hillary even though he stayed out of the race.  It's like the backup quarterback syndrome where every time the starter screws up people will pine for the replacement that will never come. 

I'd be really interested to hear the true story of all the political machinations behind the scenes on this one.
